I. Terms of Use

A. All rights are reserved for the artist. The artist holds the copyright of the commissioned work. The commissioner receives a license to use the commissioned work as detailed in the following terms.B. The client may freely crop and reupload the commissioned work for non-commercial uses. Editing the image (e.g. adding filters, animating, etc.) is only permitted with explicit permission from the artist. Credit to the artist is expected and required in all cases.C. An additional fee will be applied for commercial use. Commercial use is defined as any use of the image with the intention to generate profit, including but not limited to promotions, branding, and merchandising. Refer to Section II Part C for details.D. The commissioned work may be freely reuploaded by the artist. The client will be charged an additional fee for the rights to keep the image private. Refer to Section II Part D for details.E. Exclusive rights to the commissioned work must be negotiated at full standard pricing should the client decide to change, adjust, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies. Otherwise, the use of machine learning or derived technologies to alter or derive from the commission work is strictly prohibited.F. The artist reserves the right to revoke these permissions granted to the client if any of the terms and conditions have been violated.

II. Payment and Pricing

A. Commissions must be fully paid upfront. The client must only send payment indicated on an invoice as a donation through Gank or through VGen's in-built payment processing. Payment sent through any other means will be accepted as a tip.B. The prices listed are base prices for personal use. The artist reserves the right to use their discretion in charging more for complexity, tight deadlines, nudity, sexual content, higher resolutions, and other details not included in the base commission.C. If the client intends to use the commissioned work for commercial use as defined in Section I Part C, an additional charge of 50% will be added to the base price. Any further additional costs are left to the artist's discretion as per negotiation.D. Rights to privacy with respect to the commissioned work will be an additional 50% of the price, applied in compound last.E. The client reserves the right to request a major change once and a minor change twice after the artist sends an initial sketch for approval and before the final render begins. Any subsequent major overhaul will cost an additional 20% of the full commission price, and any subsequent minor overhaul will cost an additional 5%. The client will be billed for these changes before they are applied. These additional charges will be applied in compound. No more changes except one minor change will be accepted after the final image has been rendered.F. Prices are subject to change without warning. Payments that have already been fulfilled and invoices that have already been issued are exempt from any price changes.

III. Refund Policy

A. The artist will refund the client when and only when, for any reason, the artist is unable to complete the commission.B. Upon refund, the client is not permitted to use any material created for the purpose of the commission without the explicit consent of the artist.

Live2D Models

Live 2D models are considered commercial use and come at a premium already included in the base price. Files will be at least 7016 pixels tall in .png and .psd format. Additional props and details will come with an additional charge at the artist's discretion.

Live2D Rescue Service

If you already have an existing .psd or a .png file that needs to be prepared for Live2D rigging, feel free to consult me for a quote instead. Prices will change depending on the quality of the original file, but will generally go up from 100 USD depending on how rig-ready the original file is. Due to the nature of this service, explicit permission to alter the original file will be required from the original artist.This service includes adding parts for toggles, outfits, and any other alterations to your existing model. Documentation will be provided.

character designs and reference sheets

Character design commissions will vary in price depending on the complexity of the request and the amount of references provided by the commissioner. The base design fee includes a consultation with the artist, up to 3 major revisions, and rough sketches of the final design. For better communication, Discord is the preferred method of contact.Reference sheets are simple sheets intended to communicate the design as clearly as possible. Colors will be flat and the pose will be static. Each sheet will be charged individually. The file will be A4 size at 300dpi in .png format.Character showcases are similar to reference sheets but have more dynamic and complex posing with minimal shading. Default image resolution goes up to 300dpi. Backgrounds come with a choice between a solid color or a transparent background. More complex compositions and backgrounds will come with an additional charge at the artist's discretion. The file provided will be in .png format.

Contact me to be added or removed from the list.If you wish to be prioritized on the list, each client you overtake on the queue will be an additional 50 USD added to the base price. If there is no response after seven (7) days since the point of contact, you forfeit your position on the queue.
